My MIL has a cat that she needs to get rid of.
This cat has already attacked 2 children and seemingly no one will come to take the cat away.
Who can she call to take this cat away?
We are trying to do all this in a humane way, but it's getting hard.
She lives in Houston near Katy on Barker Cypress Rd.
Any help will be appreciated.

Why don't you take it to one of the rescue agencies? You are going to have to take it to them. And, please in the future y'all should not have pets.

You can get humane traps for about $20. Then take it to a shelter. I think shelters may even lend out humane traps.

Coincidentally, Citizens For Animal Protection (CAP) is right on Katy Freeway and Barker Cypress. Perhaps she can take her cat there.

I'm trying to find out the name of the rescue agency, that's why I posted this.
Is there an agency that will come pick up the cat.
My MIL says she's scared of the cat now.
I don't have any pets, it's my MIL that has the pet, as I stated in the OP.
