Hello all! So, my partner and I are considering purchasing or building new construction as a possibility, instead of buying an older home. Both of us have looked at different subdivision in person and online, but are unsure of which one would be best based on commute time, or if there are any other options we haven't seen or thought of. I work in Spring Branch, and my partner works at several different facilities for his job, but the main one is just north of Pearland. Other campuses are near Spring Branch, Willowbrook, and on the NE side. Wasn't sure if there were any neighborhoods that would have a decent commute to our work.
We have looked at

*Towne Lake
*Bridgeland
*Winfield Lakes
*Lakes of Savannah
*Shadow Creek Ranch
I know some of these are way out of our way (Towne Lake & Bridgeland), and some are not in our budget at all ($225k and under). Any suggestions and recommendations are welcome! Thank you!
