My previous home was a Meritage in Sienna. Good home but options and upgrades are much more pricey than other builders so you might want to check those prices first.

No issues, just minor stuffs but were fixed quickly by the builder. Like all others, if you have a good construction manager then you will have a good home. My current home is a Perry and build quality is pretty much the same although Perry gives you 2 years warranty. Did you ask for the upgrades list and see how much they cost?
