My husband and I are narrowing down areas where we might buy (we are renting now) and Riverside Terrace (aka MacGregor) is at the top of our list. I'd like to find a realtor who actually lives in the area to help us. Does anyone know of a realtor who doesn't just know this area, but actually lives in it?

Thanks!

I lived in that area for 4 years and am very familiar with it. I've since moved inside the loop and live about 10-15 minutes away from there. Feel free to direct message me.

I absolutely love and am intrigued by the Riverside Terrace area.
There are so many untapped jewels in that neighborhood.
I've renovated several "historic" properties and tried to keep the charm and integrity intact whenever possible. I currently have my eye out for one in RT as well.

Have you moved in?

Try Harriet Vital, Danielle Bess, or Alysia Trahan.
