...with this weather!! UGH! We haven't had a January like this, that I can recall, in a long time. It is downright yucky outside. I don't think my psyche can stand it another day. It's been like this a solid week! I feel like a rat in a cage! LOL!

I think maybe I will waddle over to the mall with my girl and hubby tonight and get us out of the house. I say waddle, because that is apparently what I'm doing now. Hubby thinks it's cute. I have 6 weeks left and we'll have our new daughter here! Can't wait!

I'm off to check the weather channel and a sign of hope. Sorry for the rambling!

oh, I completely agree. I hate this weather. I'm wishing for a hot humid sunny summer day. BTW, when are you due? I also had my younger daughter around this time of year. I was due Feb 15 but she didn't arrive until she was induced out on the 25th! Ten years later and my back still hurts.

That's funny, sometimes when the heat index is 100-something I wish it would cool down by about 60 degrees and start raining.

But since this has been around for a few days....yeah, it's getting old. I guess this is Texas winter.

I love it! The wind chill is 34 right now and I couldn't be happier unless it was cooler But those who don't like it, don't worry, you know how fast the weather changes here, it will back into the 60's by tomorrow

This weather is so horrible. Either stay cold, or stay warm. And stop raining on and off! I got the flu shot a couple months ago and what do you know! I got the flu last weekend! I love the cold, but these ever-changing weather patterns are doing a toll on me!

I didnt mind the weather so much before I got the sniffles. But, now this crap just outright sucks! I can tolerate the cold and even welcomed it initially. But the NEVER-ENDING rains/drizzles are getting kind of annoying, and it makes driving conditions hazardous.

This year I skipped the shot and moved right on to the flu.

Spare a thought for those of us in foreign lands who spend November to April being rained on, battered by wind and snowed on.

As my Mother used to say 'it's character forming'.

Can't wait to have my character formed further by relentless humidity in Houston this summer!

The cold doesn't bother me, it's the RAIN with the cold!! A girl can only handle so few days of sunshine... I need my solar therapy!

Thanks y'all, we are super excited about the baby. It's our last one, too, so it's a bittersweet time.
