Hello All,

Got a speeding ticket with driving on the beltway 8. Court is set to Precinct 5 over on Clay Road. Any recommendation for a lawyer that could get the ticket dismissed on that side of town. Any personal experience in that court. Thanks

David Sprecher or Sullo and Sullo have always gotten me off speeding tickets at this precinct.

Pardon my ignorance, but is an attorney's fee really less than the price of the ticket?

Or the cost of defensive driving.

I guess it depends on how fast they were going.

Attorney fee is good if you do not want any marks or insurance rate hikes on your record.

I wish I had an attorney for mines because I was paying 197.00 for a two door convertible to 375.00 when I didn't win my case.

Well, he got me for speeding, no seat belt, changing lanes without a signal. So I want to fight it as I did signal and I took my seatbelt off as soon as I pulled over.

Once again if you have any personal experience at that court precinct 5 place 2 any attorney reconendations for that specific court would be appreciated.

attorney fees have generally been $75 for me.

100% success rate, so it's money well spent .
