Much appreciated. I was thinking that should work but figured I would confirm.

2 years ago our bill was $99 a month. In 2/15 it went to $160 (I understood the terms) and just saw my autopay on my amex card hit for $203.

Update: Followed this article if you need help

Just reduced my double play bundle from $200 a month to $143 a month (with tax hdr fee,dvr fee and modem rental)

Be nice to the retention specialist and they will be nice back.

If you are bundled, had the service for over 12 months and claim att Uverse has a better deal for you it should work.
