TAR says you should disclose, so I would disclose:

My seller told me that a murder occurred at her property before she owned it. Does she have to disclose this information to buyers?

Yes, she should disclose this to buyers. According to the Texas Property Code, sellers aren’t required to disclose deaths on the property that resulted from natural causes, suicide, or an accident unrelated to the property’s condition. However, murder does not fall into these categories.

Buy at a discount, replace the carpet, all good. Ghost stories are for children.

Years ago that question was on the owners disclosure.

My 93 yo mom died in the house we sold. There was nothing on the owner's disclosure for me to report it.

A natural death does not need to be disclosed. Others do though --
Suicides, crime deaths, etc. now in the case of these girls -- they were outside weren't they? Not sure if disclosure only applies to the actual
Dwelling or the actual Property too. A realtor can tell
You that.
