Prestonwood is a further drive than I'd like to make with very young little ones at night when they're tired. Is there anything around Sugar Land or Fort Bend County this year that has lots of lights?

Pecan Grove Plantation has great lights and is in Ft. Bend County. It's right off of 359 I think...you can go south of 59 past Sugar Land, exit Grand Parkway, make a left on 90, and that should run into 359. Go north on 359 for just a few miles and you'll see it--the clubhouse is on the left and the subdivision is on the right.

We heard about this particular house in Shadowlake subdivision. It's just north of the intersection of Kempwood Drive and Gessner. And specifically at Kempwood Forest Dr. and Quincannon Lane. It was unbelievable:

Went to Pecan Grove tonight. Kinda crowded; the biggest issue to me were all the parked cars in the street. Lots and lots. That was a pain in the butt. It would have been easier to navigate the streets with the traffic if the neighborhood was more aware of the street parking issue. You'd think they would have told the residents not to do that...ah well. The lights were very nice, but Prestonwood is much better, IMHO, with their themed streets.
