I feel you. But technically, you have the same issue when you cross Highway 6. The pendulum just swings the opposite direction. I don't consider that diverse.

its more diverse across Highway 6 than Sienna.

You have heavy african american, hispanic and no telling what else so that's diversity to me. More than 1.
