Are the kindergartens in Houston full day or half day? We're looking to move into the CCISD area. Thanks.

I think just about all kinders are full day within the Houston and surrounding areas.
There are now full day pre-k's and some 3 year old programs in public schools as well.

I believe most are full day. I remember when my area was half of a day, alot of people had a hard time with work and finding part time childcare, espescially if your child went to school at noon. My 12 year old daughter went half of a day and the next year they changed to full day.

My children go to CCISD. Kindergarten is full day at the elementary they attend.

Thanks everyone. For some reason I just assumed half day but then couldn't find anything about it on CCISD website.
