All that I want is 1 bottle and I can’t even find that! My neighborhood HEB told me that they only receive it when the warehouse has it. It is not delivered on a regular schedule. Who has found these?

Look for Isopropyl Alcohol 70%. If higher concentration is available, you can dilute it. It will disinfect. You need to apply a moisturizer afterward (or mix if you have higher concentration - while keeping the concentration between 65-70%). I only have 70%, so will just apply the lotion once the alcohol has dried on the hands.

Good luck!

For years, I do what Kavm stated. I used crutches for mobility and lotions just make hand slippery. So, I've diluted 91% isopropyl alcohol with water (needs to be at least 60% alcohol) and pour it in a travel size spray bottle. The size makes it easy to carry it in my handbag. Not only, I can disinfect my hands but also my crutches, steering wheel, and other surfaces.

If you're desperate enough, you could put slightly diluted Everclear in a small spray bottle. You can get small spray bottles at the travel section in most stores.
Use hand moisturizer often so your hands don't get too dry.
Everclear is bottled at 120, 151, 189, and 190 U.S. proof (60%, 75.5%, 94.5% and 95% alcohol by volume, respectively).
You use less of the "sanitizer" if you spray vs gel.

Actually I prefer isopropyl alcohol too. It's not sticky as sanitizer and is even more efficient against bacteria.
