My wife and I Are purchasing a lot in Woodforest and are looking at different custom builders. We so far have been drawn to partners and building and tipler but PIB is more the style we are looking for.

I wanted to see if anyone could comment on their experience with PIB building semi custom or custom? Thanks

In our area (Meyerland), PIB has done a fair number of new builds. I assume they will provide you a list of references, and you should expect a number of them in 77096, 77025, and 77401.

If you are looking for other options, Cason Graye, Frankel, and Blum are all over our area. Weekley too, though I don't think they give you as many options.

References is a great idea. Will take a look at those other suggestions as well. Thanks

Looks like not much steam on this.
Check out Benders Landing, there are recent builds that you can walk and maybe even homeowners you can't talk to.

PIB is a top tier builder, so the expectation is for them to build a top notch home. You will see that reflected in your cost.

We did go and view the homes in bender landing which we did like. But then again everyone likes the model home. I was more curious about the building process with them and warranty issues after. Thanks

There's a neighbor hood off Gosling and Northampton area, it was built out by PIB. 650K+ homes.
May be worth while to take a look, I think it is gated so you will have to sneak in and ask homeowners.

We have good friends that built with them. Overall good experience...the PIB supervisor was super responsive and fixed stuff as it came up. They had a few items that came up after move-in and they were good with warranties--no arguing--just came and fixed stuff.

We just signed a contract to build with them last month. So far our experience has been good. Feel free to message if you have any questions in particular
