got our home on the market monday.. pics on har Tues. It has shown 6 times we have an offer maybe more than one. So we are looking at a fast move to Kingwood and saw a couple rent homes. Two were in Lake Cove and 2 were in Sherwood trails sec2 and sec4. Please let me know about these areas so we can make a sound decision. I have learned a lot from this great group and appreciate your help.

There are better areas to choose from in Kingwood, than the two you mentioned. For a short term rental they may okay. Though I wouldn't purchase

These are close to 59. I didn't want to add to my commute the time it takes to travel the community. Also we don't like to throw a lot of money on rent so we are staying at 1200 for a home rental. Is one of these neighborhoods better than the other as far as crime? I do know that lakewood cove is newer or at least the home for rent are. I would mind looking at something close to 59 in between these two neighborhoods just didn't see anything for rent in our range in those.

One more thing: Which is more likely to have a lot of young children for mine to play with? From past exp. it seems the newer communities do what do you think?
