Don't go with the crowd. Create your own opinion.
It also depends where in Bridgeland.
I see some sections with pretty big trees.

Essentially settled on the same thing and realized you could get 4k sq ft for the same price as 2k in Bridgeland.

Cinco and Bridgeland are both amazing communities, but it's really apples and oranges if you're comparing new in Bridgeland vs. resale in Cinco. I really enjoy LaCentera in the Cinco area - Cypress will have one, but no ETA on that. My only issue with Cinco is how much traffic there is off 99. It feels like you can get in and out of Bridgeland faster to 99, 290, etc. Can't go wrong with either option!

Yeah I do prefer Cinco, I just can't help but be drawn to how awesome Bridgeland is (and will eventually be even more). Also some friends love it there. The green space and parks look awesome for kids. But the fact of the matter is there is not point to consider it for my family right now. I think I was just curious if people thought there was enough commercial development to make it worth while now. I don't think that's the case though.

I think there's plenty commercial development if you include what's adjacent and nearby along 290; Bridgeland itself? Not so much, as the neighborhood's retail is a bit lacking/non-existent still.

Agreed. There’s plenty of commercial development right outside Bridgeland.
