lol I'm buying there.
Mainly because it is one of the few areas with new homes.
Benders is part of it, so those with $ bought up a bunch of lots to build.

It also feels fresh given 99 brought in a bunch of shopping and dining, and now a new movie theater.

Schools are decent as well.

Great schools, lots of new development, easy access to 99 and Hardy.

I am considering this area as well. Going to look at some properties there and the Woodlands. Schools look quite good and the plot sizes are much larger than the Woodlands.

Right.
Same thing I thought about Conroe and now it is where a lot of new homes are going, along with outpart of Tomball, etc.

We may as well start planning for the next loop.

Can you hear the noise from the gun range? We have friends in a big lot, custom $$$$ home in Benders and I heard shooting all afternoon while visiting them.

I live near Westheimer so I am already used to frequent gun shots.

Seriously though, which gun range are you referring to. I checked google maps and did not see any shooting ranges only a paint ball facility.
