Hello,
We are looking to add 500sqft to our home along with pario and swimming pool. Any builders who can provide all these services together.
Thanks

Many will just sub contract it out to the right guys.
The house addition and patio can easily be one, but the pool will be a different crew.
You may save money by not trying to bundle it all, as the main GC may try to get some meat off the bone.

I'd definitely suggest approaching the pool as a separate project and expect to be dealing with a different company + set of contractors with building it. Also, expect the following:

-Lead times are huge due to labor shortages and supply chain challenges.
-Prices are high and rising.
-The pool will add less value to the house than it costs.

After considering all of this, we ended up buying a house with a beautiful pool that would cost a fortune to build today instead of building a new pool at our previous house (the desire for a pool wasn't the only consideration behind the move, but it was definitely in the top 3).

I did this, built an addition and a pool and patio cover> If the addition and the pool and/or filter equipment are near each other different rules come into play, and so I would suggest that you draw up a set of plans for the addition and patio that includes the pool so that one or more contractors can see the relationship between the elements and either find ways to save you money by taking advantage of equipment and workers already on site, or by avoiding code issues created by one of the elements.... as an example, if your pool is withing 5 ft of a window on the extension, then you need to use special shatterproof windows..... better to find that out when building the edition, then when building the pool afterwards. This is also true for any additional plumbing, electrical wiring, or gas lines. Better to know where everything is going before you build anything.

Is it better to do additions sooner or wait another year or two?
