Default Beaches

We go to the beach 2 or 3 times a month.

We go to Sargent beach. its miles and miles long, and you can always find a quiet stretch.

Texas is a great state for fishing, both salt and fresh water. Get a 4 WD and park, and camp right on the beach.

In the summer, you get up early and fish, drink and sleep through the day, and then fish again at night to avoid the heat.

There are plenty of places that rent beach houses google a little

Since summer is hot and humid here I am assuming lots of indoor activities?

What is popular here?
I'm married & a mom of young kids so mostly things w/ my kids on the weekend & their cousins. For the summer, we tend to go abroad as my husband & I are both in Education. Sorry, not the best answer.
