What do you mean?
Are you saying there's not enough space?
The 45 realignment is going to create a whole lot of space once it barrels through the eastside.
There's also tons of space south of the Toyota center.
St Joseph's has been teetering over the edge of shutting down for decades now and almost lost its funding about 8 years ago.
There's also lots of space north of Minute Made and I think the realignment might add more., as that awkward curve gets straightened out the course of the highway will be more east, right through Clayton Homes. But looking at plans the added downtown area look to be all green space. Kinda like how the areas around I10 is just left green

Kemah. Fertitta has bought up an awful lot of the land on the bay over the years in anticipation of being able to bring casinos in.

Sure, put the casino in downtown Houston
and make Houston look more like New Orleans.
