I see a ton of different state plates everyday. I live in Montrose; there's no particular dominant state, but do see a decent amount of Consul plates.

I am from Southfield, a suburb of Detroit. Or, as my 5 year old nephew would say: "Mitchiggan"

We're from Maine... When I tell people that, some jut look at me blankly. Is it really that far away?

Born in Cleveland, Ohio and raised in a suburb of it; moved to NYC metro after college (two suburban moves there in three decades); then here to Houston/Sugar Land in April. (All my immediate relatives are here and I moved for mostly family reasons.)

I wish they still lived in southern California, though -- I would've moved years ago!

I previously lived in Iowa, but I am a Texan by birth. Just so happened that my work took me out of state and I had a choice to move either to Dallas or Houston. I’m glad I moved to Houston. The cultural variety in this town is diverse albeit, some of the people here are not the friendliest, but that’s like anywhere else you go.

Hubby and I were both raised in Augusta Ga. He was born there. We moved to Houston two days after we got married back in 2001. Lived in Clearlake for a year and then moved up to Humble. Had a few babies and moved to Baton Rouge in 2007. In abt 6 weeks we will be coming back to the Humble area.
