Hi.
My family and I apreciate your commentaries. We live in Oakville, On. Canada we will move to The Woodlands, Tx. We have a budget of $ 250,000.00 usd it is a sufficient for this area. How much are the taxes for a property like that? We have two daughters of 6 and 2 years old; the schools of the zone are advisable and sure? If you can chouse: Do you live in the woodland or in Klein? My office its going to be near my house; so any other area are welcome. First of all do we look for good schools and safety, some recommendation?

Thanks. for your comments.

Klein schools are great, unless you're in the Klein Forest zone (which is quite different demographically from the other 3 High Schools).

Klein
Klein Oak
Klein Collins

The Woodlands is a nice area as well with great schools. Can't really go wrong there.

The commute to downtown Houston is hell, though.
