The Woodlands or the Kingswood area, because it's known as the top master planned communities/suburbs in all of Houston. The Price range is reasonable for all families, whether your family is middle class or upper class, you'll find a home or an apartment within you alls price range. These areas offer a lot for a great neighborhood to live in. Check them out, I promise you that you'll like them and if not then, check out Fort Bend County, it has a lot of different subdivisions to live in as well.

These northern areas are heavily wooded with pine trees for the most part. To the West is Fulbrook, which also is nicely wooded with hardwood trees some of which are 100 years old so huge. Also the land has hills in and around Fulbrook, a very different looking area than north side of Houston.

Lots of horse ranches out west as well as some around the woodlands as well should that environment interest you.

Good luck
