All I know is if it bothers you, for your own piece of mind, move as soon as you can. Unless management steps in, it won't get any better. I totally understand your frustration.

Of course. But you still have to wait til your contract is over. No other ways to get out of it, unless you pay the whole year of lease and penalty fees. Management can only do a lot. I've had really bad experiences with apartment management overall with paperwork.

Sorry... I had to live with that for 4 years before I could move. Pretty much stayed to ourselves indoors the whole time. We were traumatized so badly we moved into a place next to a cemetery for the peace and healing!! It's hard to avoid these creeps when you have to go in and out of your place. And you can't open a window because of all the noise....shudder. You have my sympathy, I wish you luck.

Am I lucky that people in my 'plex tend to keep to themselves or am I just not attracting enough attention?
