My Dad's old townhome complex was like that. There was this hillbilly clan and the older head of the family challenged my Dad to a fight while he was walking his dog. He put the dog up and came back out and the guy had disappeared. Later he saw the same guy chasing his son with a knife in the parking lot. There was another unit that had about 15 illegals living together and they never started any fights, but they would break into your place when you were at work. My dad had to start keeping his stuff in storage. Then his car was stolen. Some place become unlivable.

The kids are out of control in the parking lot.
They also stare at you when you walk by.
Some are on c-d 24/7 and some just do that

And you can't open a window because of all the noise....shudder. You have my sympathy, I wish you luck.
Why 4 years? What part of town is this?

Next time you bring out a shotgun and start cleaning while wearing a pistol on your hip and hanging a cigar out of the corner of your mouth.
