I was wondering which is the best side to purchase a home north katy or richmond? Any input would be of great help... I've lived in houston off of kirkwood and briarforest and love the area moved here from florida......

My brother bought a home in Lakemont 2 years. He likes it. Richmond that is.

I too live in Lake Mont. Been here for 5 years. Bought a perry home that has retained it value through all this rough stuff. Love Lake Mont. By the way is Richmond.

Richmond vs north Katy? Meaning the Katy north of I-10?
I'd take Richmond.

I think that depends on where in Richmond. It's also a big, spread out area with some not so great areas.
