Let's get more creative than that. How about a chicken tikka masala thread or a banh mi thread? This is Houston, so we're all international and ****. We can do it.

Do you mean stay in the same district but attend a school that is not your neighborhood school? Your district will have it's own policy for that. Check their website for that policy. If you are in Klein ISD, forget about it. We all pay the same tax rate, that is where it ends.
If you mean go to another school district, the state has rules for that. You can, but you may need to pay the difference between what the state pays and what the cost are in that district. If you are in a dud district, it is much cheaper that private tuition. Usually a few thousand. Does the receiving district have room? That is a big consideration.

First, I want to apologize for the spelling error. It's "over" and not "ever", of course.

He called himself a Houston native. I do know plenty of sane people in California. Are you insinuating the opposite?

Loved the "cut down on humidity and the heat". LOL. I think he's for real!

And if I call myself Batman, does it in fact make me Batman?

For all I know, he is and he just likes to talk about how California is better. He could be a bored kid in Nebraska trolling the forum. I don't really care, to be honest.

But yeah, his story around here is that he's from San Jose, for what it's worth. It doesn't surprise me if he's telling people something else somewhere else.
