I don't go to the games but I do cheer them on from afar.

You shouldn't be.

I mentioned in an earlier thread is the Coogs didn't play hot potato with the ball that they'd have a darn good shot of winning.

So, Okie State turns the ball over four times and UH wins 2 of 3 in this series.

Makes me wish I could have gone to the game here in '06...oh well, I'll be at the Tech game.

Houston had my cheers last night!! Of course, I wanted any team ranked above Penn State to fall, but it does help that my grandfather taught at U of H for years. I looked for a thread to comment on just after the game but didn't feel like starting one.

From what I have heard from my UH classmates, the Tech game is SOLD OUT and it is nearly impossible (unless you plan on camping out literally 8 hours before the game) for any more students to come to the game for free. Although i'm dissapointed I probably wont be able to go to the game, it's definitely a good sign for UH Football. Robertson Stadium is going to be PACKED. GO COOGS!!

Camping out for 8 hours? Heh. At Penn State we camped out for days in "Paternoville" our little tent city, just to be at the front of the student section...IF we already HAD our tickets (which sell out within minutes over the summer).
