I can beat that. I don't have Yao's autograph but near downtown met Yao's dad, mother, and wife. I wasn't sure if any of them spoke English and I didn't want to bother them for an autograph so I just said "Hi Mr. Yao (Mr. Ming?)!" and gave him a high five which suprisingly he goodnaturedly returned.

So how did I know it was them if Yao wasn't there? OK, walking in a group is a Chinese guy nearly a head taller than me and I'm nearly 6'5" and two Chinese ladies , one about 20, one about 50, and they are both looking me eye to eye , actually maybe a bit taller in women's heeled shoes. And the guy looks just like a graying Yao in the face. What are the chances that they're somebody else?

Belliare, huh? I'll check it out cause I love my Chinese food!
