Hi there

I am moving to Houston around Easter time. I have found a school that I like. It is The Branch School on Sherwood Forest St (just on the north side of the I-10). My question is if we lived in memorial area how long would it take to drive from say Bunker Hill to the school. I know its only a few miles but what is the traffic like going from the south of the I-10 to the north (say using N Wilcrest Drive). On the other hand how long from south katy to this same school in the morning.

Thanks

That's reverse traffic. 5-7 minutes once you got on the freeway to where you get off. That ramp and Bunker Hill flies you almost past the Beltway..then Wilcrest is the first exit.

If you wanted to drive Memorial to Wilcrest and then up to the freeway..10 minutes

Just getting out of Katy is the trick...then it's about 18 miles+/- in rush hour traffic.

If you lived in the Copperfield area north of I-10 - it would be closer than Katy - about a 20-30 minute drive, depending on time of day. That is about the same as the Bunker Hill area drive, but the housing expense is less.
