You seem to forget that most laws/rules are written for the small percentage of people who cant function in polite society. I'd like the tax money I spend on policing to be better spent than rolling drunks in the park on a nightly basis and using our jails as homeless shelters.

Parks are nice but if there aren't hours and such you'd see even more drug use, vagrants and gang activity than there is already.

But if there is no one there but me, who cares. Everybody else seems to scared to leave the house. Like some wino may pinch their hinny or something. Fear is never a good reason to make laws. The bad guys ignore them, and the good people are restricted by them.

Anybody ever take a midnight swim in the new reflection pool in Herman Park, in the heat of Summer? Most refreshing. Probably get me three years if I got caught. but I'm kinda stealthy like now days. what with all the anti fun laws and all.
