I went by there yesterday and found out City Centre will have a concert every third Thursday starting tonight in the plaza. Opening soon is a Tavern with what it claims is the largest selection of beers in the world. Anthropologie is now open too. Hotel Sorrello (sp) is beautiful and is booking for Christmas parties! I am so excited to have this finally completed.

There's supposed to be a lighting ceremony this Saturday.

I actually got confused the other day, due to the second road being bumped through, when going to the SMG. I loved seeing all the outdoor eateries. It's pretty nice in there. I'm thinking about trying Straits for lunch today.

I think the restaurant with all the beers is called The Yard House. Welcome to Yard House Restaurants - Great Food, Classic Rock, World's Largest Selection of Draft Beer

No, it's in the square, just south of Studio Movie Grill. I saw the outdoor seating. At least I thought it was Straits. I was so busy trying to parallel park.. I could only glance. I used to be able to parallel like a pro, but after 20+ years of not having to anywhere is this town, it was a bit like an Olympic sport. We kept getting out of the car laughing at how far from the curb I was.

Upon research, it looks like I might have been seeing the back patio and it actually may be conected to the Sorella. Hope to find out soon

Try the chili crab. I would go back for that dish alone.

The service and food at Straits is terrible - you will be dissapointed. Nothing like the San Francisco location...the atmosphere is very nice though. Be prepared for snail service.

That is typically the case upon opening a new place. I will give it time before making judgment. It was very slow last night. We left and went to Nori.
However, the music on the plaza was great!

Yard House opened 11/22. It's like Champs but much nicer with tons of beers on tap.
