The only thing you are going to find is a Montessori (and there are many around here..you just have to do some more digging..) or a day care that is sufficient. Wait lists are a mile high..you just gotta get lucky and find the right school

Most summer programs have a minimum age of 3 years old. Is your child potty trained? Most programs want them potty trained.

For free, you could take him to the library. Harris County has some great summer programs for kids of all ages, even the young ones!! Some Barnes and Nobles have preschool story time too (at least they did 5 years ago when my kids were that age) You could rotate through these little programs...

Many west-side churches have summer camps and some will take them at that age. Try Memorial Drive United Methodist Church, Christ Memorial Lutheran and Memorial Drive Presbyterian.
