Yeah no surprise there. Cell phone talkers are the worst, I hate being anywhere close to them when they aren't paying attention. Get behind them and they are doing 15mph below the speed limit. Get beside them and they try to come over in your lane without looking. Get off your damn cell phones and drive people!
