Does anyone know what happened to the Frizzles on US 72 ? (The restaurant in the old Backyard Burgers building on Paramount Drive overlooking U.S. 72 West) Driving by today and saw it was closed.

Seems quite a few businesses have came and went there since I've lived in the area. Maybe they are just doing some inside work?

Heard from a friend who talked to management that the lease on that location ran out and they had problems renewing it. Supposedly they will be reopening in a new location, although I honestly can't remember where he said it was going to be. I can ask and get the info.

That's basically the local DQ franchisee not renewing their franchise and going w/their own brand "Frizzles". Doesn't surprise me that it's not working out!
