<clears throat>

They pick me up when I'm feeling blue, now how about you?

I don't think this is real, but I can't imagine what the angle even is.

There was press conference about this earlier:

Updated: DreamVision announces plans for $3 billion Shoals theme park today at 11 a.m. | AL.com

I'm not against the Shoals (don't know much about the area myself), but this is an odd area to put a theme park--if it happens.

People really need to be careful of their conversations and dealings with these scammers. Guaranteed, this is a major failure if it ever even gets off the ground. it won't. They must think people in Alabama are complete idiots.

I'm leaving that last comment open for interpretation

I just read a thread in the Fort Worth board about the proposed theme park there. The posters there seem to smell a huge rat. This company isn't even registered with Texas Secretary of State.

Something smells fishy about the way this whole thing has developed. From my point of view, it appears they are trying to entice some investors and then ramble around for a year or two acting like they are trying to find suitable land, develop engineering plans, estimate costs, etc. all the while living it up on the money and then file bankruptcy. Something just seems off here.
