That's in Madison because it's closer to 106 Wynn Drive.

What's at 106 Wynn Drive? Is that the old Army Sentinel building?

I think he's referring to the old MDA building but they moved into Redstone VB I, II, and III buildings.

Yes, that's the building I'm thinking of. I'm virtually positive there was an Army program called Sentinel that was in that building at one time.

I doubt that the Space Command (or is it Space Force?) headquarters would be there though since one of the main reasons for selecting Huntsville was Redstone Arsenal and its security capability. So I think it would probably be housed on the Arsenal if it ever materializes. 6 years is a long time to build whatever facilities they would need.

Since Space Force is a military organization there is a 100% chance it will be located somewhere on Redstone Arsenal. The United States Army Space and Missile Defense Command (USASMDC) headquarters is located on Redstone Arsenal. Maybe Space Force will be located near them.
