Probably generate some new hotels. Maybe they will do the retail/restaurant on the 1st floor, rooms above type thing. I think the way Providence did it with Taco Mama was pretty cool

When my kids were young and we lived at Palmer Park for most of the week, I didn't have much desire to go watch more baseball. I wish they would build a golf coarse instead.

Assuming we're still living here when the stadium is complete, I look forward to taking my young son to some of the games. Some of my fondest memories as a kid were going to Durham Bulls games with my parents. The new stadium there is amazing and is surrounded by restaurants and shops. You can easily make an entire afternoon/evening out of the game. Sounds like if Town Madison pans out, this could be a pretty cool ballpark and multi-use venue.

Good People as you guys probably know was there before the stadium. Talk about winning the Brewery jackpot. Right place at the right time. They do make great brews but for the longest time, the only thing going for that part of town was railroad park and even that was sketch before the stadium was built.
