I think Huntsville will be fine. It has no real 'dense' areas to speak of (which will be going down in value) and the job market is still going to be one of the better ones out there. Obviously they will have to battle the typical problems that go with a fast-growing city but those are good problems to have.

I wish I could move back but my hometown Huntsville wife simply will not do it.

Blue Origin has been doing engine testing at MSFC. Don't know if the engines being tested were built here or not.

It'll be interesting to see how DoD and NASA budgets fare under the new administration. Probably not that great.

The particular engine testing were not built here but future Huntsville built engines will be.
