Yes, they are.

You make a good point. I remember being attracted to the Hampton Falls Apartments when they first opened for similar reasons.

I agree that trees lining Enterprise Way are most likely a saving grace for The Collins apartments.

One thing is for sure, apartment complexes are popping up like wildfire around here these days.

That tree-lined street is one of the best looking in Huntsville.

I was in the area Saturday and drove down the street to The Collins all the way to the roundabout. It's a pretty nice complex - looks like much more than a standard apartment complex - and there's some sort of larger building under construction on the NE corner with Enterprise. Not sure what it is, but it has a large crane and the lower area looks substantial.
