Latest Euro12z stronger with the storm but further OTS. It also shows a stronger High Pressure. 1027mb High vs 1024mb on previous update. That High is pushing & preventing.

How badly will Central NJ be impacted?

I will be going on a vacation to Montreal and don't want my home to be damaged by this hurricane.

And the high pressure really does not cool us down much. Still see lows in the 60's.

"Spared" . Enjoy the rain, breeze and surfs up. Unless your right on the coast which floods easily I wouldn't worry. Worst side is right side so nobody is getting hit. But swells can cause some coastal flooding.
