I'm looking at some homes on both the west side of IF and also in Ammon. The schools seem to be better in Ammon (at least online ratings). Just wondering if there's anything else to be aware of, or If there are any reasons to favor one area over the other. Thanks!

Hi Lady West,

I'd encourage you to contact the schools and ask directly. I'd also recommend contacting the PRO President for each school.

There are many differences. For starters D #91 vs. D #93. Check the growth of District #933 as I believe you said your children were essentially pre-school now. Check how many new elementary schools D '93 has built in the past 5-8 yrs.

Talk to the schools, Charter Schools if you want etc. Are you aware kids can go to other schools regardless of where one resides? Ask the schools about it.

Depending on which schools you mean in Dist. #93, which includes but is not limited to Ammon, homes can range from $50 to close to a $1 million dollars. A lot of medical and high level scientists and successful business etc. in those houses. There are also BYU-I students who rent.

Skyline also has a lot connected with INL, but at lower levels.

Contact the schools. You could also contact a realtor for more information. BYU-I education department should be able to help you too.

Good luck

MSR
