So wonderful to see all the young male Somalians walking around the streets on Seltice in Huetter every day now.

Does the community have any plans to welcome them and rescue more of these refugees?

Gosh I sure hope so...really wonderful to see.

Love to know more info on how these young male (no women) Somalian refugees arrived in the area around Huetter?

Couldn't find anything online.

Congrats Coeur D'Alene!

[mod note: Stay on topic and save the political commentary for the appropriate sub-forum. Sage is my guide. Closely watching.]

Wow! Great news! Wonder if there is any plans to build a Mosque and Islamic schools any time soon. We should certainly welcome this diversity.

Sad to hear only young men were able to make it over from the ravaged homeland. They most likely lost their wives and children in the war. Sad story

So, enlighten me please. I thought there were no plans to have them resettle in the CDA area and now they are there? What happened?

What are you talking about? One, Huetter is approximately 1/8 of a mile long; Two, how do you know they are somalian? Did they have the flag on their backs or are they a new family that moved to the area that your profiling? Sorry bud, but worst topic ever.

Huetter runs from Seltice north to Prairie Ave. and continues all the way up to Rathdrum. I don't know how long it is but it is much more than 1/8 mile

[mod cut: This is an inappropriate sub-forum for general discussion of the refugee/immigrant issue that is not related to this particular thread topic.]
