GolferMike, welcome to the Idaho forum and C-D! Nice first post!
I am one of the few who actually get some kind of enjoyment out of the time change. It is a nice ritual for me to change those clocks when Daylight Saving Time kicks in. The more evening daylight, the better! It does take about a week for me to adjust, though--like jet lag. And changing the clocks back, and "losing" an hour of daylight in November is a downer--although the difference isn't as severe down here (SoCal). And it makes the dogs go out of their minds because they can't figure out why we're not on time with their dinner and treats. Altogether I would probably be in favor of making DST permanent if it ever gets congressional approval.
