Hi all, looking for a little help here. I'm leading an ATV ride for our club Saturday, snow permitting and with some luck we'll go from Blanchard, up over Hoodoo Mountain and drop into Priest River for lunch. Any recommendations for a bar/pub to stop at in town? I'm thinking the place just over the bridge (N side)... Beef and Brew I think it's called? Anywhere else that's not too classy...without being scary at the same time?

Thanks,
TM

Sounds like fun TM!! Went for a nice ride a few days ago... I'll post some pics on the porch soon...
BTW the owner of a Polaris dealership in CdA comes down here EVERY weekend to ride with my neighbor... Im thinking there must be something to this area as far as riding..

Hi Toyman! I haven't been to the Beef And Brew (also called The Feed Mill, or used to be) in several years. It isn't scary but the food was never much to write home about. Maybe it's changed for the better but I never hear anything about it. Have you been to The Ranch Club on Highway 2 (about 1-2 miles south of town)? They might be a better bet. Casual and friendly but the foods better. It's the place next to the golf course.

The wife and I stopped at the Ranch Club a few years ago, I recall it being pretty good. I need to look at a map and see if there is a side street that takes us there-we can't ride quads on numbered state highways. Thanks!

Trace, keep an eye out, the 2 clubs I'm in have something going on about every other weekend for rides...looks to be a busy year. And given the low snow levels this year, it should be an early season! Last year I was clearing snow off one trail on the 4th of July.
