This is why states such as California, Texas, Arizona and New Mexico (along with a number of others) are hurting financially. In the midst of one of the worst economic downturns in this country's history we should not have to be shelling out our valuable & costly services (health care, education, housing and penal facilities) for non-citizens. Just imagine how big a chunk of your paycheck goes to provide these services for people who have no legal right to be here.

As the liberals love illegals, just increase the taxes of the liberals only per year to pay for all the illegals. They will love it, as they love the illegals/ Conservatives will love it, as they will not have to pay for the illegals.
Now if only we can get the liberals to pay for all the crimes that the illegals are committing, then we will be all set.
And the administration thinks we'll make money (via taxes) by granting amnesty ?
We're not talking about PhD's here making 6 figure salaries. More then likely they will NOT pay income taxes and be eligible for all the social services.
If they are costing us this now with them being illegal, just imagine the cost when they are legal and can apply to all the programs ?
Its stupid... illegals work UNDER THE TABLE... that means once they become US citizens, they will CONTINUE to work under the table but at least they can now get "free" welfare checks, food stamps, healthcare courtesy of taxpayers.. what changed? Americans are stupid enough to believe a liar...

And while you list several names above...we've only had the one amnesty under Reagan.
Here is some food for thought, for all the liberals who believe illegals are "just here trying to make things better for themselves." Now, while that may or may not be the case, just think about all the effected Americans, the real citizens.
MANY illegals use someone else's social security number, to get a job. So, John Smith goes and files his taxes. He says he made 50 grand last year, gets a refund check and/or whatever. 2 years later, when the IRS catches up to him, they say he made 100 grand. How does this happen? Because Juan Miguel Sanchez Columbo, used John's SSN and the 50 grand Juan made, is credited to John's account.
So now, John is fined thousands of dollars and, it takes him YEARS of time, money, and effort to clear his name. Years of stress, lost money, threatened jail time, et al. But what the hell, right liberals? That is ok. Its just the price of doing business in America. Let the illegal, non tax paying, worthless people screw it up for the rest of us. You don't care. It doesn't effect you...Until it does. Then you will be the first person screaming: How could this happen? How did we let this happen? There ought to be a law!
