According to a report obtained by the 14,000-member National Association of Chiefs of Police, field office directors “should not expend detention resources on aliens who are known to be suffering from serious physical or mental illness, or who are disabled, elderly, pregnant, or nursing, or demonstrate that they are primary caretakers of children or an infirm person, or whose detention is otherwise not in the public interest,” according to a memorandum issued by ICE Assistant Secretary John Morton.
This is total BS. How many U.S. citizens get a free pass for violating laws simply because they’re elderly, pregnant, nursing, or a primary caregiver? Wait a minute. . . this is the EXACT list exempt from the “work requirement” in the CIR bill.

Well, if that doesn't make blood shoot out of ones eyes. John morton, who takes direct orders from obama, can only remove 4% of the 12 million illegals or rather 2% of the actual 20 plus million illegals here? But Ice doesn't need help from Arizona or any of the other states in enforcing immigration laws? Ice can't remove PREGNANT illegal alien women because, well, they have to be allowed to have their anchor babies, followed by the 18 years of welfare? Since 2 out of 3 hispanics vote democratic, "special care" must be given to the immediate family members of American citizens who are illegal to keep these democratic voters happy and voting democratic? Progressives are destroying America from within.

Where is the proposal to amend the US Constitution to end the anchor baby fiasco (a.k.a. birthright citizenship)? Where? Who in Congress is going to show a pair? What do we have to do to find someone to sponsor it???
Well...Obama and crew may claim to only be able to remove 4% of the illegals but the American voters can sure remove 100% of the politicians who support this amnesty BS and who do nothing to enforce the current immigration laws of the U.S.
So let's spend some more on ICE. Might as well, we're spending on everything else with no money!
