I am somewhat encouraged. It sounds like this judge might actually consider what the law says.

He cannot have any idea what it's like to have to deal with these people and the blight they put upon our cities.

I heard much the same story on TV this morning and am more liable to think that this judge is willing to consider the situation and what is being wanted by the DOJ and the administration. It certainly appears to me that whoever is really behind this suit from DOJ is about to suffer a loss.

Ok, the TV source I heard this on was Fox, but that doesn't make it what many here would say about it.

From reading the article it seems like the judge is going to rule in favor of sb 1070 going forward. Hopefully this will be another addition to the long list of Obama's failures.

Gov. Brewer is also optimistic about the outcome of this lawsuit and feels that this judge will rule in favor of sb1070.

The judge is sympathetic and acknowledges that there is an illegal immigration problem but that won't affect her legal opinion and judgement. That has to be based ON THE LAW. I predict that when the judgement comes down the right will be ranting about the bias of this Clinton nominee.

With the poll numbers showing 60% and higher for the bill you don't honestly believe that this is just a difference in left or right ,do you?
Apparently, there are a few on the left that aren't just sheeple. How many votes might the democrats lose in their pandering for illegals?

I think this foreshadows a ruling blocking some portions from becoming law. Namely, state immigration crimes. The language may also need to be amended so that status questions follow an arrest only.

The state crimes, at minimum, should be struck down.

Goodluck to Arizona. I'm wishing the best for them and hopefully other states will be able to start doing something about their overpopulation and illegal immigration issues.
