What part of ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION do you not get???? Most Americans do not support illegal immigration. This country needs to stop the bleeding. Your arguments are all over the page.

Why do you continually bring up the past when none of us lived in that past? I don't try to explain or justify a past that I was never a part of. Those people are all dead now. I am only accountable for what I do, not what my ancestors did or didn't do. We have had to control immigration in recent years because of our population growth and because we are no longer in the nation building phase. We don't have the resources today to support continued uncontrolled immigation whether they be legal or illegal.

What does someone black have to do with today's current problem with illegal immigration? Consumers didn't break any law, that's outrageous and perplexing to say the least.

Back on topic.

Last year, welfare and food stamp issuances totaled nearly $570 million, and the amount is projected to exceed $600 million this year. In addition, county taxpayers spend $550 million in public safety — mostly for jail costs — and nearly $500 million for healthcare for illegal immigrants, Antonovich said.

"The supervisor is very concerned," said Antonovich spokesman Tony Bell. "He believes we have an economic catastrophe on our hands."
concerned, indeed. but they engineered this mess, and now they own it.

good luck with that.

The entire country should take a stance, send a message to this administration and adopt Arizona law. Will Obama waste more money suing each and every state?
