Why then is there no sense of urgency when an estimated 3000 unknown persons a month pass through "security" on our Southwest border, is there not an even greater security risk? Ask your elected officials this question.

I have threatened many times to refuse to show my passport when coming through customs at LAX, but I haven't.
Because I'm so glad to be back in the USA, and after you wait in that line for 20 minutes or more you just wanna get home and fall on a pillow.
I have told my husband to refuse to show his passport (he's not a US citizen), and then see what they tell him.
(the real reason why I haven't is because they can put a "black mark" in your passport for being a troublemaker so that when you pass through customs they will give you a very hard time).
