Gonzalez-Gonzalez pleaded guilty last year and was sentenced in November to three years in a federal prison in Long Beach, Calif., in an allowance for family visitation.
Dominguez-Guzman had initially pleaded not guilty and was scheduled to face trial in December.
His guilty plea means he will now be sentenced on the charge at a hearing scheduled April 4. After completing any prison time that may be ordered by the court, he will likely be returned to Mexico for a probationary period under a court order to not return to the United States without authorization.
Sure, sure, he won't be back like a boomerang, when he has "family" in Ca?

It would have been nice if you pointed out in your post the website requires you to register to read the article.

I wanted to read it because the quote sounds like a ten year old wrote it.

Oh well.... not worth registering.....

The lacadasical attitude of not just our justice system but all involved with protecting those in this Country illegally boils my blood.

Of course he will be back, just like all the others who use our border as a revolving door. Such a sweet deal

Is this a joke, or what? Anyone who believes he won’t return is crazy or on drugs, or both. Heck, he may even get assistance from a family member working at the border. It certainly wouldn’t be an anomaly.
